Job Description

• Prepare and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications for construction projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct quantity surveying and prepare bills of quantities and material take-offs.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of technical submittals and shop drawings.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
• Provide technical support and solutions to site teams during construction phases.
• Review and validate contractor and supplier invoices against completed work.
• Participate in value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all technical office activities.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations in all technical office operations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in a technical office or construction engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Proficiency in Shop drawing, AutoCAD, Primavera, Revit, and other engineering design software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience with quantity surveying and cost estimation.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
