Job summary

One of our prestigious clients is looking for a Regional Sales Manager - Africa (French Speaking) for the Africa location. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving IT sales growth across the Africa region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration; MBA in International Business is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in security documents, smart cards, identity systems, defense, or related technologies.
  • Proven track record in government sector sales, particularly across Africa Region.
  • Fluent in French and English (both spoken and written); additional regional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Francophone African markets.
  • Explore and penetrate new territories within French-speaking African countries.
  • Manage key client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
  • Strong organizational and analytical thinking.
