Job summary
One of our prestigious clients is looking for a Regional Sales Manager - Africa (French Speaking) for the Africa location. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving IT sales growth across the Africa region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration; MBA in International Business is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in security documents, smart cards, identity systems, defense, or related technologies.
- Proven track record in government sector sales, particularly across Africa Region.
- Fluent in French and English (both spoken and written); additional regional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Francophone African markets.
- Explore and penetrate new territories within French-speaking African countries.
- Manage key client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
- Strong organizational and analytical thinking.
