• Analyse structural drawings given by clients
• Implement formwork solution as per the instructions of the Sales Engineer, Team Leader or Senior Planning Engineer
• Propose the most economical and best technical solution
• Conduct basic static calculations
• Produce material list, offer drawings and shop drawings
• Assist the Sales Engineer with site visits
• Coordinate the timely delivery of shop drawings as per instructions
• Coordinate with clients for technical issues
• Coordinate with other involved departments (Operations, Site Supervisors, Project Coordinator)
• Consideration of availability of material in the design stage
• Communication with Sales Department in absence of Head of Engineering
• Support formwork instructor and coordinate with site team

• CAD knowledge
• Technical/Civil Engineering Qualification
• English
• Basic IT-skills
• Basic formwork knowledge
• Experience in erecting and dismantling formwork and site supervision.
• Team player
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills (within company and with clients)
• Technical/static understanding
• A feel for economical matters
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Motivation to improve knowledge
• Willingness to work over time if required.
• 5 Years experience
