We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage civil engineering projects at various stages of development, ensuring compliance with design specifications, regulations, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site assessments and surveys to gather data for project planning and design.
• Prepare site layout plans, grading plans, and other civil engineering drawings using CAD software.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineering professionals to define project requirements and goals.
• Oversight and management of construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor construction progress, identifying any potential issues and implementing solutions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, particularly in site development projects.

• Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication for reports and presentations, ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in calculations and design specifications, comprehensive review of project plans to ensure accuracy.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams, skills in conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of local, state, and national building codes and regulations, awareness of safety standards and practices in construction.
• Environmental Awareness: Knowledge about sustainable design practices, awareness of environmental impacts of engineering projects.
