Job Description

This is a 4-month onsite contract role, and strict preference will be given to candidates currently based in Morocco with a valid visa.

Must Have: Gitlab solution design & architecture knowledge for at least 7 years.

Location: Casablanca, Morocco (Onsite)

Duration: 4-Month Contract Only

Experience Level: Senior / Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design and architectural discussions across the GitLab tech stack
• Make confident and well-documented technical decisions
• Stay 60% hands-on to support implementation and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with the GitLab Technical Architect for strategic alignment
• Guide and mentor implementation engineers throughout the project

Skills

Required Experience and Skills:

• Proven leadership in GitLab-based DevOps transformation projects
• Deep understanding of GitLab reference architecture (CNH knowledge is a plus)
• Proficient in CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and DevSecOps practices
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Git
• Experience with Geo setup and GitLab Congregate migrations
• Strong advisory and documentation skills
