Job Description

• Conduct external financial audits for UAE-based clients as per International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
• Review and verify financial statements, accounting records, and internal controls
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and Corporate Tax regulations
• Prepare and finalize working papers, audit reports, and management letters
• Perform risk assessments and identify audit findings with actionable recommendations
• Coordinate with the UAE team for audit planning, execution, and completion
• Stay updated with changes in UAE tax laws and regulatory requirements
• Assist in preparing financial statements under IFRS
• Handle audit documentation and ensure timely delivery of assignments

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CA, ACCA (Finalist or Qualified) or any relevant professional certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in external auditing
• Understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax (Prefereable)
• Familiarity with IFRS and ISA
