• Outbound Calls: Initiating contact with potential customers to pitch products or services.
• Inbound Calls: Responding to inquiries from prospects or existing customers, offering assistance, and closing sales.
• Lead Qualification: Identifying leads, evaluating their potential, and ensuring they meet the criteria for sales conversion.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the product or service being offered to answer questions and overcome objections.
• Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving individual or team sales quotas and goals.

Skills

Desired Candidate Profile

1. above 6 months experience in Tele sales.

2. Must English, Hindi and Telugu or Kannada proficient.

3. Must be 30 years old below

4. Fresh Graduate, K-12 Graduate
