Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and closing sales deals. This is an on-site, full-time position requiring excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales.

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Maintain a database of customer and prospect information.
• Provide excellent customer support and address client queries effectively.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports as required.

Skills

• Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is preferred.
