We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who’s organized, proactive, and excited about the production world. You’ll help manage schedules, coordinate freelancers, and make sure every project runs smoothly.

Skills

 Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing shoots and freelancer schedules

• Handle logistics, permits, and client confirmations

• Prepare gear and shot lists

• Organize footage, backups, and post-production files

• Support the project manager and founder as needed

🔹 Requirements:

• 1+ year coordination experience (media/events preferred)

• Detail-oriented and dependable

• Friendly, bilingual (Arabic & English)

• Familiarity with file management & content delivery tools
