Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific HSE Plan in alignment with Parsons' corporate policies and client requirements.
• Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to the HSE team on-site, including Safety Officers, Advisors, and Inspectors.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with applicable HSE laws, regulations, and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and incident investigations, and ensure timely reporting and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant HSE experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or lead role on large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent HSE certification is mandatory.
