Job Description:

• Lead and coordinate all phases of fit-out and interior design projects, ensuring timely completion, budget compliance, and quality standards.
• Supervise on-site teams, including subcontractors and laborers, providing clear instructions, and maintaining productivity.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and conduct regular site inspections to uphold health and safety.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to resolve on-site challenges and optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.

Skills

Qualifications:  

• Open to Asian nationals, Male, 45 years old & below
• At least high school graduate
• 2 years’ experience as Fit-Out Foreman with proven project delivery.
