Job Description

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs to determine accurate material requirements.
• Source reliable suppliers and subcontractors with a focus on quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Request and evaluate quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase agreements.
• Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to forecast needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project specifications, and industry standards.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
• Handle claims and resolve any delivery or quality issues with vendors.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering .
• Proven experience (3 to 5  years) in procurement within the construction or real estate sector.
• Strong technical understanding of construction materials and methods.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems , and procurement tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
