Job Description

- Supervise and coordinate hotel staff to ensure smooth operations across departments (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, F&B).  

- Monitor guest satisfaction, address complaints, and ensure high-quality service delivery.  

- Prepare detailed operational and performance reports using advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, data analysis, formatted documents).  

- Conduct research using online tools to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences to enhance hotel offerings.  

- Draft professional business letters, proposals, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.  

- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and local regulations.  

- Monitor inventory, coordinate with vendors, and manage operational budgets.  

- Maintain accurate records of staff schedules, guest feedback, and operational data.  

Skills

- Proven experience in hotel operations or supervisory roles (3-6 years preferred).  

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for report generation and data management.  

- Excellent research skills, with experience using online tools to gather market and operational insights.  

- Strong ability to draft clear, professional business letters and proposals.  

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.  

- Knowledge of the Dubai hospitality market is an advantage.  

- Fluency in English , Arabic as additional language 

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
