Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for real estate, strong negotiation abilities, and in-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process, while delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and preferences to recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed, accurate information.
Market Research & Analysis
- Stay up to date on current market trends, pricing, and community developments.
- Analyze market data to support pricing strategies and client guidance.
Property Listings & Marketing
- Create, manage, and update property listings across major online portals.
- Implement effective marketing strategies including social media, direct outreach, and open houses.
Negotiation & Closing
- Negotiate sale and lease agreements on behalf of clients.
- Advise clients on competitive offers, counteroffers, and transaction strategies.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and review necessary documentation related to sales and lease transactions.
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant with Dubai’s real estate laws and regulations.
Networking & Business Development
- Build and maintain a strong network with landlords, developers, and fellow agents.
- Attend real estate events, property launches, and workshops to stay informed and connected.
Customer Service & After-Sales Support
- Deliver top-tier customer service throughout the transaction process.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and resolve concerns with professionalism.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai.
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, communities, and legal framework.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using real estate CRMs and listing portals (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- RERA certification or Dubai Real Estate license (preferred but not mandatory).
- Experience in commercial real estate is an added advantage.
- Multilingual candidates are highly preferred (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, etc.).
