Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will be passionate about the Dubai real estate market and possess a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, listing and selling properties, and achieving sales targets. 

Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition:
• Generate leads through various channels (online, networking, referrals, etc.) and build a strong client base.
• Property Marketing:
• List and market properties effectively through online portals, social media, and other marketing platforms.
• Property Viewings:
• Conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
• Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the closing process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for clients.
• Market Knowledge:
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, property values, and new developments in Dubai's real estate landscape.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Sales Targets:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team. 

Skills

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 01 (One) years of experience in the Dubai real estate market, with a proven track record of success. 
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics. 
• Language: Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of other languages such Arabic, Russian, Hindi, etc.is an added advantage. 
• Driving License: is an added advantage.
