Job Description

The Operations Manager at Easy Life Technologies (ELT) will oversee the full execution lifecycle of smart building and low current system integration projects—from presales handover to post-installation service. This role ensures that every ELT project is delivered on time, within budget, and to our exacting quality standards while aligning with technical compliance, client satisfaction, and commercial objectives.

• Lead coordination across engineering, procurement, logistics, and sites.
• Oversee project progress, manpower allocation, commissioning, and handovers.
• Develop detailed project schedules, enforce SLAs, and optimize workflows.
• Manage procurement of KNX, ABB, Leviton devices and ensure inventory readiness.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety, and regulatory compliance across all installations.
• Lead and coach a team of project coordinators, engineers, and technicians.
• Act as operations liaison with clients, consultants, and commercial stakeholders.
