Job Description:

Miral Experiences is seeking a skilled Business Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business performance across various aspects of our theme parks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of throughput and capacity across attractions, food and beverage outlets, and retail spaces to identify areas for improvement.
• Design and implement data collection methods, including manual observations, sensor technology, and POS data, to inform operational decisions.
• Analyze guest flow and queue systems to optimize efficiency and reduce wait times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or a related quantitative field.
• 5-7 years of experience in operations planning, business analytics, industrial engineering, or operations management in complex, high-volume environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data modeling, forecasting, and operational analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau, or similar tools for data analysis and visualization.
