Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and areas for development within the organization.
- Design, develop, and implement non-technical learning programs covering leadership, soft skills, and other courses.
- Support managers in coaching, feedback, and performance management for their teams.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars using various instructional techniques and technologies.
- Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives align with business objectives and address specific departmental needs.
- Work with external vendors to ensure successful program delivery.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to enhance training offerings.
- Establish mentorship programs to foster professional growth and development among employees.
- Ensure all training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in learning and development, training, or instructional design (typically 8+ years).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker who can develop innovative solutions.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical approach with data-driven decision making.
