Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and areas for development within the organization.
  • Design, develop, and implement non-technical learning programs covering leadership, soft skills, and other courses.
  • Support managers in coaching, feedback, and performance management for their teams.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars using various instructional techniques and technologies.
  • Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives align with business objectives and address specific departmental needs.
  • Work with external vendors to ensure successful program delivery.
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development to enhance training offerings.
  • Establish mentorship programs to foster professional growth and development among employees.
  • Ensure all training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in learning and development, training, or instructional design (typically 8+ years).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinker who can develop innovative solutions.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical approach with data-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving.
