We are seeking an exceptional Product Development Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

This is a pivotal role in supporting the development and management of innovative products that meet customer needs and align with company objectives.

• About the Role:
• Assist in collecting and analyzing customer feedback and market trends.
• Collaborate with product teams to define product requirements and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with engineering teams for timely product development and prototyping.
• Support product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and insights.
• Monitor product performance and user engagement post-launch with analytics tools.
• Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation and training materials.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new product features and enhancements.
• Analyze competitive products to identify strengths and weaknesses.
• Ensure user feedback is integrated into product improvements and revisions.
• Participate in project planning and retrospective meetings to improve processes.
• Maintain effective communication with all teams to facilitate product development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting customer and market data.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in using project management and analytics tools is a plus.
