Position Summary:

The Warehouse and Logistics Officer is responsible for overseeing the storage, handling, and movement of raw materials and finished goods. This includes managing stock levels, organizing inventory, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping. The role ensures that warehouse and logistics operations support the production line and customer delivery needs efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations:

• Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and supplies.
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse storage conditions.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering of materials.
• Track inventory using warehouse management systems (manual or digital).
• Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
• Prepare materials for daily production needs and issue them accordingly.
• Manage the dispatch of finished goods to clients or storage.

Logistics Coordination:

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries with transport companies.
• Ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is complete and accurate.
• Follow up on delivery schedules and delays.
• Maintain records of all transportation and delivery transactions.
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation of outgoing products.

Compliance and Safety:

• Follow proper health and safety procedures in warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements (ISO, GMP if applicable).

Report any damages, risks, or safety incidents promptly

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in warehouse/logistics, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with warehouse software or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift and move moderate weights and work in a physically active role.
• Attention to detail and basic numerical skills.
• Good communication in Arabic and English.

Working Conditions:

• Factory and warehouse-based.
• May include early shifts or occasional overtime depending on production schedules.
