Job Description
Our organization is seeking a Vendor Performance Management professional to drive excellence in our sourcing categories. As Manager – Vendor Performance Management, you will be responsible for executing the Vendor Performance Management framework and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing performance metrics and KPIs to measure vendor performance.
- Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and developing remediation plans.
- Ensuring governance forums are held and scorecards are created to track vendor performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in contracting, supplier relationship management, and supplier performance management.
- Ability to conduct contract analysis, including legal terms review.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
