Job Description

Our organization is seeking a Vendor Performance Management professional to drive excellence in our sourcing categories. As Manager – Vendor Performance Management, you will be responsible for executing the Vendor Performance Management framework and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Developing and implementing performance metrics and KPIs to measure vendor performance.
2. Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and developing remediation plans.
3. Ensuring governance forums are held and scorecards are created to track vendor performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contracting, supplier relationship management, and supplier performance management.
• Ability to conduct contract analysis, including legal terms review.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
