TAAHEED have partnered with a leading Real Estate & Property organisation to assist with their aggressive growth plans by identifying key talent across the market.

The next stage of this expansion within their Finance function involves the recruitment of an experienced Business Finance Manager to proactively manage the accounting and finance functions in order to provide efficient and effective support and management information to the General Manager and Board.

Reporting directly to the CFO, the incumbent will accept responsibility for:

• Developing and managing the financial operating plan.
• Preparing Operational Finance Reports as well as various Portfolio Analysis and Reporting.
• Developing and managing the operating budget.
• Managing internal and external audit requirements.
• Preparing and submitting financial accounting reporting (internal and statutory).

Experience Required:

• Developing financial plans in a Real Estate company operation environment.
• Translating departmental goals into a financial plan (budget) for a significant size operation.
• Applying budgeting and financial policies and developing related internal controls.
• Preparing and monitoring small to mid-scale capital budgets.

Commercially aware with a professional qualification in accountancy (CA, ACA, CPA, ACMA). Strong management accounting skills and should have worked at a senior level managing financial and management accounts. Experience in automated accounts receivable processing and the related internal controls. Strong awareness on IT for business and ability to use accounting/ERP packages. Excellent skills on MS Word and Excel applications. Has the ability to take the lead and work on projects with confidence.
