Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor interior fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Manage client communication and ensure project requirements are met.
• Follow up with suppliers, subcontractors, and in-house teams.
• Prepare project schedules, reports, and updates for management.
• Ensure all work complies with design specifications, safety, and quality standards.

Skills

Requirements

• Experience in interior design or fit-out project coordination (minimum 2 years preferred).
• Good knowledge of materials, drawings, and site supervision.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), or similar tools.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
