Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Resident Engineer at KWEC | Al Khawajah Engineering Consultancy in Dubai. The Resident Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, managing project schedules and budgets, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction Supervision and Project Management
• 10 years of experience in an engineering consultancy firm in Dubai
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, DM, Nakheel, Trakhees, DDA regulations, and local authority requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage high rise buildings
• Knowledge of Architectural, Mechanical Electrical, and Structural design
• Valid UAE driving license
