Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Civil Site Engineer with a valid G+1 License from Dubai Municipality (DM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and within the specified time and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all on-site civil activities including excavation, foundation, structural works, concreting, and finishing.

Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQ.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project team.

Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and standards.

Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports.

Manage labor, materials, and site logistics.

Conduct inspections and ensure quality control at all stages of construction.

Liaise with DM engineers and handle inspections, approvals, and permit processes.

Ensure site safety procedures are followed and assist in HSE implementation.

Attend site meetings and resolve site-related technical issues.

Maintain accurate documentation and site records.

Skills

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Valid G+1 Dubai Municipality License (License must be active and verifiable).

Minimum 2+ years UAE experience in site supervision and execution.

Strong knowledge of DM regulations, permit processes, and inspection protocols.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site documentation tools.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Valid UAE Driving License.
