Responsible for the design, implementation, and management of HVAC systems, fire fighting systems, plumbing, and drainage systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and local/international standards, while supervising execution and monitoring quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare designs and engineering drawings using specialized software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
• Perform heat load calculations and determine the capacity of HVAC equipment and mechanical systems.
• Design HVAC systems, fire fighting systems, plumbing, and drainage systems according to international codes and standards.
• Review and approve shop drawings and technical specifications.
• Supervise on-site installation works and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate mechanical works with civil and electrical works to ensure project integration.
• Prepare periodic technical reports on work progress and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Select and approve mechanical materials and equipment in accordance with specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all project stages.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and execution of HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing, and drainage works.
• Proficiency in engineering design software (AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, etc.).
• Knowledge of international codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
