Job summary

In this role the incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and compliant operation of warehouse activities in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Logistics Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of warehouse experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP requirements.
• Experience with ERP/eWMS systems SAP Oracle etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receipt storage issuance and dispatch of raw materials packaging materials intermediates and finished goods.
• Ensure proper segregation labeling and handling of pharmaceutical materials in line with GMP and GDP standards.
• Maintain warehouse layout for optimal storage and retrieval.
• Ensure all operations comply with GMP GDP WHO FDA MHRA or local regulatory authority standards.

Skills

• Certification in Supply Chain e.g. APICS CPIM or GMP training.
• Experience with cold chain and controlled substance storage.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical industry.
