Job summary

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our influencer marketing team and focus specifically on makeup artists, both the rising stars and the industry legends.

Responsibilities

• Scout emerging and established makeup artists globally, especially those with a strong digital presence or standout glam looks
• Build and nurture relationships with MUA talent across all tiers
• Create and maintain a live roster of key artists globally and work closely with our regional markets to identify rising talent

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in celebrity, influencer or talent management, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
• Proven success leading large-scale global campaigns and immersive brand experiences, MUA-focused events is a plus.
