Fit-out Estimation Engineer - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦

Trispec is seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Estimation Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the telecommunications or related industries, who can accurately and efficiently prepare cost estimates and proposals for complex projects.

Responsibilities 💼

• Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and drawings to understand the full scope of work.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information and obtain competitive quotations.
• Conduct cost analysis and identify potential project risks and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Develop comprehensive technical and financial proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
• Utilize cost estimation software and tools to streamline the estimation process.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as required.

Skills

Qualifications and Skills 🎓

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electrical, Civil, or a related field).
• A minimum of 7 years of proven experience as an Estimation Engineer, preferably within the telecommunications or construction sector.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., MS Excel, Candy, Primavera P6).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of the local market in Riyadh and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
