About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager fluent in French and English to lead and organize high-impact events. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing event installations—particularly with wooden structures—from concept to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events

• Coordinate with internal teams including designers, project engineers, assistants, and coordinators

• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of wooden installations and event setups

• Manage budgets, schedules, and logistics

• Liaise with clients and vendors to ensure seamless communication
