You will have the opportunity to develop and maintain a highly effective sales channel strategy for a specified market (regional) to improve ABB's market penetration and achieve its growth aspirations.

• Channel Strategy & Performance Management: Implement and drive the regional channel sales strategy to improve ABB's market penetration and growth.
• Partner Identification & Relationship Building: Identify, evaluate, and appoint channel partners per ABB standards.
• Sales Contribution & Negotiation: Independently contribute to sales negotiations and frame agreements.
• Communication, Promotion & Training: Ensure appropriate communication, promotion, and training activities for channel partners.

• Proven experience in channel management and driving channel sales for Process Automation & Digital products is a must-have.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience of managing Channel Partners / System Integrators for Automation & Digital solutions.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of using CRM (preferably Salesforce) and other Sales forecasting and reporting tools.
• Engineering degree along with extensive process automation experience.
• Excellent communication skills with various levels in the organization internally and cross functionally.
