Job summary
We are hiring a B2B Account Manager (Oil & Lubricants) to own key industrial and commercial accounts and drive profitable growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business (or equivalent experience).
- 0–2 years of B2B account management or technical sales in oil & lubricants, industrial chemicals, or related.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts across industrial, automotive, and commercial segments.
- Build account plans, set revenue/margin targets, and deliver quarterly forecasts.
Skills
- Strong working knowledge of lubricants, base oils, additives, viscosity grades, and tribology fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable with site visits and frequent travel as needed.
