Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SAP SCM Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will play a vital part in managing our Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes using SAP.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain management or SAP SCM administration.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SCM modules and processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP SCM modules including inventory management, order processing, and procurement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain processes with business objectives and operational requirements.
  • Monitor supply chain performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the development and execution of supply chain strategies that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to solve supply chain issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff on SAP SCM tools and best practices for procurement and inventory management.
  • Participate in supply chain projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Actively contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and SAP updates to continuously enhance the company's supply chain capabilities.
