Job Description

• Promote and sell the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to present product information and provide samples.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and market share objectives within the designated area.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and submit timely reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies.

Job Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a home-based environment.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
