Job Description

• Oversee and manage all aspects of fitout projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution and high-quality outcomes.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure compliance with design intent and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project reports, schedules, and documentation for internal and client review.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and address concerns throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all fitout works comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving challenges to maintain project momentum.
• Support the handover process, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and contractual obligations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of proven experience in fitout engineering or interior construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of fitout processes, materials, and industry best practices.
• Owning a private car is required to ensure mobility between project sites.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to work onsite and adapt to dynamic project environments.
