Description
We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused revenue professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.
As a Reservations Manager, you are responsible for managing the Reservations Department and promoting a helpful and professional image to our guests. Your key responsibilities include:
- Giving full cooperation to customers requiring assistance with a prompt, caring, and helpful attitude, and anticipating their needs.
- Being thorough with the application of room reservations and group reservations procedure.
- Maintaining an awareness of guest profiles through the Opera system.
- Showcasing complete product knowledge, understanding rate structures, and applying rate management.
- Ensuring all administration procedures are maintained to hotel and company standards.
- Positively contributing to all sales activities within the hotel and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Answering incoming calls according to Rotana standards, inputting information received by fax, and confirming requests correctly and within 24 hours.
Skills
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should have a degree in the hospitality field and a minimum of two years' experience in hotel reservations. You must be computer-literate and have excellent communication skills, written and oral proficiency in English, while additional language skills are an asset.
