Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team by providing technical input during client meetings, proposals, and presentations.
• Achieve assigned sales targets through solution-based selling and strong client relationship management.
• Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and project timelines tailored to customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution from pre-sales to delivery.
• Review designs and specifications to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards.
• Resolve technical issues during project implementation and offer ongoing engineering support.
• Manage resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure project success.
• Monitor quality, safety, and compliance throughout all project phases.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in project engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of screw compressors and related systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
