  • Promote loyalty programs, Food & Beverage events, and hotel partners
  • Ensure accurate accounting practices and audits
  • Lead and coach the team to achieve highest levels of guest service and colleague satisfaction

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Hospitality with previous Front Office experience
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Impeccable personal presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Opera
