Key Responsibilities:
- Actively solicit guest feedback and preferences to maximize satisfaction
- Optimize room revenue through up-selling within guidelines
- Promote loyalty programs, Food & Beverage events, and hotel partners
- Ensure accurate accounting practices and audits
- Lead and coach the team to achieve highest levels of guest service and colleague satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality with previous Front Office experience
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Impeccable personal presentation and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate with knowledge of Opera
