Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering team, including maintenance, facility services, and utilities.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure equipment reliability and uninterrupted manufacturing.
• Plan and execute capital investment (CAPEX) projects and lead cross-functional engineering initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, and HSE teams to ensure regulatory compliance and site performance.
• Supervise and hold contractors accountable for service quality and safety standards.
• Support the development of team capabilities and foster a culture of ownership and technical excellence.

Requirements:

• Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably with pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership skills managing and motivating multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong technical knowledge across diverse manufacturing equipment.
• Hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to confidently challenge contractors and ensure high service standards.
