Responsibilities
As a Reservations Manager, you will manage the Reservations Department and promote a helpful and professional image to our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing full cooperation to customers requiring assistance with a prompt, caring, and helpful attitude, and anticipating clients' needs.
- Ensuring thorough application of room and group reservations procedures.
- Maintaining all administrative procedures according to hotel standards.
- Contributing positively to sales activities within the hotel and maximizing sales opportunities.
Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should have a degree in hospitality and at least two years of experience in hotel reservations. You must be computer literate with excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English, both written and oral. Additional language skills are an asset.
