Job Description

• Develop and design architectural plans and detailed drawings for industrial and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, project managers, and manufacturing specialists, to integrate architectural solutions with structural and mechanical requirements.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and optimize project outcomes.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including blueprints, specifications, and material lists, for accuracy and completeness.
• Utilize advanced CAD and BIM software to create 2D and 3D models, visualizations, and presentations for internal and client review.
• Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of design intent throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, address design-related issues, and implement modifications as necessary to meet project timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure all architectural designs adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• ● 3 to 6 years of professional experience in architectural design
• ● Proficiency in CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
• ● Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
