Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas.
  • Monitor food inventory and report shortages to management.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist in menu planning, portion control, and minimizing food waste.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
  • Adhere to company policies, including hygiene, punctuality, and uniform requirements.



Skills

Qualifications:

  • Previous cooking experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
