Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new SME leads while managing inbound opportunities.
  • Conduct daily outbound calls (70% outbound, 30% inbound) and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Plan weekly field visits to new restaurant openings and engage proactively with clients.
  • Manage Enterprise customers and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Monitor competition, provide market intelligence, and maintain a comparison matrix.
  • Build strategic partnerships and cultivate an ecosystem for organic referrals within the F&B sector.
  • Develop deep knowledge of Sapaad's products, market trends, and competitors to lead by example.
  • Implement strategies to increase sales volume and improve client experience.
  • Achieve targets for calls, appointments, proposals, and lead conversions weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot; ensure demos and activations meet expectations.
  • Track KPIs, report sales, revenue, expenses, and provide forecasts to management.
  • Stay updated on F&B, hospitality, and food tech trends; share insights with the team.
  • Participate in customer training and education programs.
  • Be highly available to support business operations and client needs.

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS B2B sales or fintech.
  • Experience in F&B or hospitality technology is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence CXO-level or senior decision-makers.
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; fluency in English is also required.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Excellent networking, relationship-building, and client management abilities.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia.
  • Preference for candidates who enjoy field work and client-facing roles.
  • A proactive mindset that thrives both as an individual contributor and within a team.
