Job Description:

• Oversee daily operations, monitor team performance, and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Manage staff, conduct appraisals, and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Control F&B costs and ensure delivery of high-quality customer service.
• Stay updated on industry trends, implement improvements, and drive team innovation.

Skills

Qualifications:  

• Male, 35 years old below 
• Open to Asian and Arabic nationals
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in F&B management at a fine dining restaurant
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
