Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural and engineering designs, from initial concepts through to project completion.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and contractors to achieve design objectives and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications for all project phases.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate on design modifications while maintaining adherence to quality control procedures.
• Remain informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and applicable local regulations.

Skills

Candidate Requirements – Qualifications & Skills:

• Nationality / Gender: Female candidate, Arabic speaker (mandatory).
• Experience: 1–2 years of practical experience in UAE-based architectural and engineering projects.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator with proven ability to deliver high-quality outputs efficiently.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with UAE building codes, municipal regulations, and local construction practices.
• Communication: Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Location: Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Sharjah.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Personal Attributes: Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven.
