As a Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Reservations Department and promoting a helpful and professional image to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide full cooperation to any customer requiring assistance with a prompt, caring, and helpful attitude.
2. Evaluate and optimize room reservations and group reservations procedures.
3. Maintain awareness of guest profiles through the Opera system and stay up-to-date with operational procedures.
4. Apply rate management and demonstrate complete product knowledge, understanding rate structures.
5. Maintain all administration procedures according to hotel and company standards.
6. Contribute positively to sales activities within the hotel and maximize sales opportunities.
7. Ensure accurate information is received by fax and confirmed within 24 hours.
