Job Title: Contact Centre / Call Centre Manager

Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

One of our clients in the Real Estate industry is seeking a highly experienced and skilled manager to lead their contact centre team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the same field, with a strong background in solving problems, training, and customer relationship management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as managing a team of customer service representatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • 10+ years of practical experience in the same field
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, training, and following up periodically
  • Sufficient qualifications to lead a team
  • Good skills in developing and implementing strategies
  • Experience as a manager for a minimum 6 years at the same position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Public Relations
