Job Description
- Work on establishing new branches in line with the company’s vision
- Work on providing data analysis to clarify expenses in order to set the expansion plan
- Oversee daily duties of employees to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed
- Give guidance to employees in handling errors, problems, complaints
- Work with other supervisors to coordinate work activities with other departments, units, or teams
- Implement company or departmental policies, procedures, and quality, service standards
- Oversee facilities branches, maintenance to insure services stability
