• Must be based in Dubai
• Purely commission based (NO BASIC SALARY )
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, presentable, and target-driven personality
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Preferably with some experience in sales/real estate (freshers with strong drive can also apply)
Desired Candidate Profile
• Manage and expand a portfolio of clients by building strong relationships and trust
• Handle incoming leads provided by the company and convert them into successful closures
• Conduct property presentations, viewings, and negotiations with clients
• Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, developers, and property laws
• Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly targets and career growth milestones
• Collaborate with the team and participate in training sessions to improve skills
